     Is there anything better for a photographer to wake up on the morning of a maternity shoot with snow falling?! I don't personally think so! I was already excited to capture this former bride and groom as they expect their first baby, but waking up to snow falling was the icing on the cake! I got nervous though as I headed north and snow hadn't started yet. As a photographer, I do love natural light and the challenges that different seasons bring. It sure was chilly but it was that peaceful quiet of both the early morning and snow's arrival. The weather gave me my wish when small flakes cascaded down as our session was wrapping up. Wishing Will & Taylor all the very best as they wait for their son's arrival in early March! 

We did a  wardrobe change and the snow started gently falling for a perfect ending to our session! Look at this beautiful mama!
